Born and raised in Calgary, I moved to Airdrie with my husband and three kids more than 25 years ago. I have watched Airdrie grow from a tiny city with one set of traffic lights to the bustling, vibrant city it is today!

I have always had a n affinity for home construction and finishing. I worked with my husband in the industry for many years while holding a corporate job. My biggest passion has always been for helping others and using my skills and knowledge to make the life situations of the people around me just a little bit better. This passion has guided me in all of my previous jobs, and I look forward to bringing this passion into every relationship I build through real estate.

As the Executive Assistant for Dione & Co Real Estate Group, I'm not just here to keep the wheels turning - I'm here to ensure our award-winning team has the freedom to focus on our clients and growth. With over a decade of experience in executive support, I bring an unwavering commitment to our company's vision and a passion for facilitating our team leader's success. Outside of the office, you will often find me spending time with my family soaking up the sun, exploring hiking trails, cooking, gardening, camping and more. I believe in the power of work-life balance and enjoy sharing tips for achieving goals.

Megan Moore Marketing Specialist

Megan Moore is the founder of Megan Moore Marketing and the strategic partner behind many of Dione & Co’s strongest campaigns. She brings deep experience in branding, digital strategy, and content execution, built through years of running her own marketing agency. Her entrepreneurial background — from launching and selling a pilates studio to creating a women-led marketing firm — gives her a sharp eye for opportunity and clear market positioning. Megan has also worked in land development, adding practical insight into how communities grow and how buyers respond. She approaches every project with a hands-on mindset, treating each client’s marketing as if it were her own. When she’s not building strategy, she’s most likely skiing, golfing, or enjoying life in Golden, BC with the people she loves.

Kara Allanach Director of Operations

Kara Allanach guides the operational backbone of Dione & Co Real Estate Group. She brings more than two decades of experience in project management, strategic planning, and systems development, with a strong focus on turning complex workflows into clear, reliable processes.

Kara excels at building structure, strengthening communication pathways, and supporting informed decision-making across the team. She identifies gaps, streamlines processes, and develops tools that make day-to-day operations easier for both agents and clients.

In her role as Director of Operations, Kara ensures that the Dione & Co client journey remains consistent, organized, and well-supported—from first contact through possession and long-term follow-up. Her goal is simple: equip the team with the systems and insights they need to deliver exceptional service every time.
